We once lost a major client.
Not because of pricing.
Not because of product quality.
Because of poor follow-up.

But we missed ONE thing:
Consistency in relationship management.
That experience taught me a lesson I
still use today:
Sales is not about closing once
It’s about building trust over time
Most businesses focus on:
“Closing the deal”
But forget:
“Maintaining the relationship”
Today, in digital marketing, the
same mistake happens:
→ No retargeting
→ No email follow-up
→ No customer engagement
And then they wonder:
“Why am I not getting results?”
Simple.
Because relationships drive revenue.
